- Can I use this to make decisions about a person?
- No. Fonteum monitors providers, vendors, and billing entities against federal and state exclusion and sanction lists for billing eligibility and program-integrity compliance. It is not a consumer report, and its data must not be used for any FCRA permissible purpose — employment, credit, insurance, housing, or professional-licensing eligibility decisions about an individual. - Do cheaper tiers check fewer lists?
- No. Every tier — including the free screen — checks OIG-LEIE, SAM.gov, all state Medicaid exclusion lists, and OFAC. Tiers differ only by how many names you cover and how often we re-check. A cheaper plan is never a less-complete check.
- What is the $129 signed certificate?
- A one-off, Ed25519-signed, hash-chained certificate for up to 25 names — every match traced to its source file and snapshot date, re-checkable at /verify. It is the bridge between the free screen and continuous monitoring, with no subscription.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual is the default on the monitoring tiers and bills at ten times the monthly price — two months free. A monthly toggle is always available, and you can cancel anytime.
