Fonteum is a US public-records evidence platform spanning healthcare, federal procurement, and sanctions and watchlist data, publishing signed, chain-of-custody-attested research and data pages drawn from 62 government sources, each fact linked to its source and stamped with the date we captured it.

Every published field carries the same 14-field provenance contract — source, source URL, dataset ID, snapshot date, methodology version, last-checked date, confidence tier, data availability, pipeline version, a persistent-identifier slot, license, and coverage-period start, end, and SLSA provenance link. Each record is sealed with a chain-of-custody signature (Ed25519, in-toto format) and is publicly reproducible from the retained source bytes.
